Email shortagencymd@gmail.com from the address used at checkout with the subject "Refund request". Include your receipt (or the email you paid with) and — optionally but appreciated — a sentence about what didn't work, so we can improve. No interrogation, no hoops.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Your license to use the Product ends; please delete your copy.
